1- The meals will be delivered every evening, 12 hours before the subscriber’s designated meal time.
2- If the customer cannot be reached and the order is not received, the meal bag will be left hanging at the subscriber’s address.
3- When heating meals in the microwave, do not exceed 90 seconds.
4- If there is a need to postpone or cancel today’s order, a WhatsApp message should be sent 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
5- The maximum duration for pausing the subscription is 5 days. After the fifth day, the subscription will end, and no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription or meals.
